Remember…Tasty Tuesdays you know how I was going to share a recipe with you on Tuesdays!!

I made Mike made 4 batches of these to give away for Christmas!!! In my defense I was busy taking finals!!
Oreo Truffles
1 package Oreo cookies (divided… use whole cookie including the cream center)
1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)
white chocolate bark
milk chocolate bark for dipping
1. Finely crush 7 cookies in a food processor Reserve for later.
2. Crush remaining cookies and stir in softened cream cheese.
3. Roll the mixture into 1″ balls and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Flash Freeze
4. Melt chocolate as directed on the package and then dip balls into chocolate, tap off extra and set aside on wax paper covered cookie sheet to dry. You can sprinkle the tops with the crushed cookies for decoration.
5. Once dry, refrigerate and enjoy!
Makes about 36 truffles.
A visit with Santa
Today we went to visit Santa at the Burlington Mall. We knew our chances of getting a good picture with Santa weren’t very high…but its the thing to do!
I thought Patrick would be fine sitting on some strange man’s lap Santa’s lap. So I sat him down first…boy was I wrong. Once Patrick started screaming it didn’t leave much hope for Kate!
