Patrick's 1st Smile

Tonight while Patrick & I were cuddling in bed. He smiled his 1st real smile ( that wasn't gas :) ) It just melted my heart. He is already the cutest little guy I have ever met...but he has the cutest liitle grin I have ever seen!
